DATA PROCESSING

The following is a list of our data services.

File Maintenance/Data Analysis
Records are fixed and sorted based on postal code (Canadian, United States, or International) as required. This also includes intelligent mail U.S. barcoding.

Digital Production & Laser Personalization
Records are placed in a generic template to create printed letters, envelopes, labels, etc.

Merge/Purge/Dedupe
Single or duplicate records from multiple lists are added together or removed based on the following criteria: ID number, name, company, street, or postal code.

Standard Label Format
BAG/BUNDLE (for sortation purposes)
DMF (required by Canada Post)
ID #
NAME
TITLE
COMPANY
STREET
SUITE
CITY ST ZIP
